It's truly bewildering that with all the potential applications of this technology that spring immediately to mind, the most compelling use they could think of was delivering corporate slideshows.

@ Chris. Sun Micro-systems of course would have to show how to create corporate slide shows with the emerging technology, to appeal to a broader economic market.It is still done today, with the unlimited possibility of our computers today, they are currently marketed as web surfing machines.
