A fascinating, perfect example of a "logical" but in reality absurd transference of experience from a familiar technology (streetcars) to a new technology (planes).

"Advertising won't be hard-sought in the future. In the 21st Century it will be in your face at every turn -- in your mailbox, on walls and hoardings, on moving picture screens, and eventually arriving by the hundreds by way of some as-yet unimagined medium that will free us of the need to search for information about what to buy."

Thanks, Busnuts.
