The 1992 Australia Telecom concept video, Broadband, envisions the futuristic world of 1996. Part 1 shows us videophone conferencing, moving large amounts of data between computers, as well as (Orwellian) biometric scans.

Interesting, particularly given the woeful state of broadband in Australia even today.
And that skyline was Melbourne, not Sydney.
Also interesting is that they have Stephen Hawking working the door - surely that is an unneeded expense ;)
